As the Personal Assistant for Butler Barracks, I deliver comprehensive administrative, operational, and strategic support to advance the organization’s mission of providing secure housing, transitional resources, and robust community partnerships for veterans. Serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership, I optimize daily business operations, manage high-level communications, and maintain rigorous documentation to ensure organizational alignment and compliance.
In this role, I manage the critical intersection of stakeholder relations, serving as a primary liaison between internal leadership, corporate sponsors, donors, and community partners. My responsibilities extend across the operational spectrum to support development initiatives, including fundraising campaigns, corporate sponsorship outreach, and the coordination of high-impact community events.
Additionally, I drive public-facing awareness efforts by supporting marketing and outreach campaigns, alongside the development of professional promotional materials that highlight the organization's regional impact.
Guided by a deep commitment to service, exceptional organizational infrastructure, and meticulous attention to detail, I streamline core processes to accelerate Butler Barracks’ strategic growth.
